Help Us Close the Feedback Loop for Every Learner

EdLoop is building the infrastructure layer that makes K-12 feedback visible, longitudinal, and useful. We are looking for people who want to build something that matters.

Open Roles

Current Openings

We are a small team with real traction, building toward something much bigger.

About EdLoop

EdLoop is the infrastructure layer that closes the K-12 feedback loop. Our platform uses AI to analyze student work, generate actionable feedback, and create visibility for teachers, students, parents, and administrators. We reduce teacher burnout while increasing learning outcomes.

EdLoop is already being used across schools and programs in Detroit, with expansion into new cities underway. We are building toward a future where every student, parent, and educator has real-time visibility into learning progress — not just grades, but actionable insight.

We believe this becomes core infrastructure for schools, districts, and youth programs nationally.

Why this role exists right now

We are entering a critical phase of growth, with multiple school and program sites launching this summer. This role is essential to ensuring strong implementation, capturing impact, and building the foundation for district-scale expansion.

School Partnerships Lead

We are hiring a Founding School Partnerships Lead to lead EdLoop's school and program implementations, support our fundraising efforts, and build relationships across Detroit's education community.

This is a high-ownership role. You will not be managing a team or sitting in meetings all day. You will be in schools, running professional development sessions, building relationships with teachers and administrators, and collecting data that proves our impact.

You will report directly to the founder and operate as EdLoop's second-in-command on everything that is not product development. This is a rare opportunity to help shape how the company grows, how schools experience the product, and how we scale nationally.

What You Will Do

This role is execution-heavy and field-based. The majority of your time will be spent working directly with schools and educators.

School Implementation

  • Lead teacher onboarding and professional development across all active EdLoop sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school and program coordinators
  • Facilitate training sessions, check-ins, and ongoing support for educators using the platform
  • Collect weekly usage data, teacher feedback, and student impact stories
  • Build cross-site data narratives that demonstrate EdLoop's impact at scale

Funding and Growth Support

  • Draft grant narratives, budget justifications, and accelerator applications
  • Research new funding opportunities (grants, competitions, fellowships)
  • Maintain a library of reusable grant assets: impact data, testimonials, logic models
  • Prepare materials for funder meetings and investor conversations

Sales Support

  • Attend district demos and meetings alongside the founder
  • Contribute school-specific implementation language to proposals and pitch materials
  • Build relationships across Detroit's education ecosystem that open doors for EdLoop

Who You Are

  • Direct experience working in K-12 schools or youth-serving programs, ideally in Detroit or a similar urban district
  • Background as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, program director, or similar frontline education role
  • Strong writer who can translate classroom experience into compelling narratives for funders, districts, and partners
  • Organized and self-directed — you do not need daily check-ins to get work done
  • Connections in Detroit's education community: schools, districts, out-of-school-time programs, or education nonprofits
  • A belief that feedback is the most underleveraged tool in education
  • You move quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership without waiting to be asked

This role could be right for you if:

  • You are an early to mid-career educator who has risen quickly and wants to build something from the ground up
  • You are already doing independent consulting or coaching and want to partner with a growing company
  • You have deep experience in instructional leadership or school administration and want to apply it to something new

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience with grant writing or fundraising in an education context
  • Familiarity with edtech products and how schools adopt technology
  • Connections to national education networks or fellowship programs
  • Experience working with Summer Discovery, after-school, or out-of-school-time programs
