K-12 Feedback Infrastructure
Feedback that arrives while it still matters.
Students submit their work in EdLoop: a photo of what they did on paper, a document, or typed straight in. Minutes later they know what they got right, where they went wrong, and what to do next. Teachers see the whole class at a glance, families get it in plain language, and leaders see it across every school.

- 11,000+ pieces of real student work analyzed
- Median 2-minute feedback turnaround

What EdLoop Does
Feedback infrastructure for
the entire K-12 ecosystem
Less grading. More teaching. Faster insights.
EdLoop analyzes student work automatically, surfacing strengths, misconceptions, and growth patterns so you can spend time on instruction, not on tallying scores.
Know where you stand, right away.
Minutes after a student submits, they can see what they got right, exactly where they went wrong, and what to do about it. Then they practice the specific thing they missed, not a generic worksheet.
Insight parents understand.
Families receive clear, jargon-free narratives about their child's progress, grounded in real classroom work, delivered automatically, without adding to teacher workload.
District-wide visibility. Real-time.
Superintendents, principals, and instructional coaches get structured evidence from every classroom, updated continuously. Drive instructional team conversations with real data, track instructional coherence across schools, and make decisions grounded in what's actually happening in classrooms. No more waiting for quarterly benchmark reports.

Infinite CampusFrom Feedback to Practice
The loop actually closes.
Most tools stop at the insight. EdLoop turns each learner's demonstrated gaps into practice they can do the same week, then analyzes each response and feeds the result back into their profile.
Practice from their own mistakes
Every practice set is generated from what that learner actually got wrong, not from a generic bank.
Feedback the moment they answer
Every response is analyzed as it comes in, with adaptive sequencing and spaced review built in.
Built for readers who aren't there yet
Practice can be read aloud, so a learner who cannot yet read the question independently is not locked out of it.
Individualized worksheets and packets
Every worksheet is built from one learner's own gaps, then printed, so classrooms without a device for every student get the same personalization.

Human Oversight
The teacher is
the last word.
EdLoop drafts the feedback. The teacher decides what happens to it: edit it, send the work back for revision, hold it, or publish it. Review-before-publish is the default on every assignment, and teams who want feedback to reach students the moment it is ready can turn on auto-publish.
Edit anything
Teachers rewrite, soften or sharpen any piece of AI feedback before it goes out.
Send it back
Return work for revision. Re-analysis is delta-aware and reports what changed.
Set the default
Review-before-publish is on out of the box. Turn on auto-publish per assignment when you want feedback to reach students the moment it is ready, and pull anything back at any time.
How EdLoop Works
Infrastructure for
the feedback loop
Work Comes In
Students submit their work in EdLoop: a photo of what they did on paper, a document, or typed straight in. Teachers can upload for a whole class at once. Rosters sync from PowerSchool and Clever, so classes and students are already there.
The Teacher Decides
EdLoop annotates the work and drafts the feedback. The teacher edits it, returns work for revision, or holds it. Review-before-publish is the default, and teachers choose what goes out.
The Loop Closes
Feedback becomes personalized practice built from that learner's own gaps. Students can revise and resubmit, and EdLoop reports what changed. Results feed back into the learner's profile for teachers, instructional teams, leaders, and families.
The benefits that follow
Workload Relief
Reduces the cognitive and time burden of grading so educators focus on interpretation and instructional action.
Instructional Coherence
Creates shared instructional language across classrooms by connecting evidence with instructional teams and leadership frameworks.
Longitudinal Visibility
Student Learning Profiles reveal patterns across weeks, months, and school years, not isolated data points.
Family Engagement
Generates family-ready narrative insight grounded in actual student work, without adding to teacher workload.
Teacher Dashboard
Everything you need, at a glance
Teachers get a clear overview of class performance, assignment insights, and actionable next steps. Less time searching for data, more time acting on it.

Instructional Team Conversations
Richer conversations around instruction and practice
EdLoop surfaces structured evidence directly into your team workflows. No more anecdotal updates. Every conversation starts with real classroom data, organized and ready to act on.

Family Engagement
Narratives that families actually understand
Parents receive clear, jargon-free summaries of their child's progress, grounded in real work. Not a grade. Not a number. A story of learning that strengthens the school-home connection.

Developed with student privacy in mind
EdLoop is built from the ground up to protect student data. Every design decision prioritizes privacy, security, and compliance with district requirements.
